Park your car in the underground garage and take the elevator to the apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-kept townhouse. Feel right at home: you will find everything you need right where you want it.
Useful
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses e.g. for the good local wine.
Cozy
There ist a comfortable seating area in the air-conditioned living room with a view of the balcony and a dining table with 4 chairs. Cable TV and private secure WLAN.
Airy
The sunny balcony is furnished and offers an unobstructed view of the western sky with its sunsets. If the sun gets too much, a large awning provides shade.
Relaxing
The bedroom is equipped with a boxspring bed (180x200) and plenty of storage space in the mirrored cabinet. An armchair and a small table offer retreat from the living room.
Well maintained
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, towels, vanity mirror, hairdryer and washing machine.

We rent from 4 nights
The price includes all utilities, private wifi, linen for bed, bath, table, and final cleaning. Not included is the tax of the city of Freiburg of 5% on the price for adults from 18 y.
Option: The underground parking garage is chargeable
A deposit of 25% of the total price will be charged upon booking. Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival will be charged in stages. From 7 days before arrival the total price is due.
